Your Responsibilities :

Greet customers professionally and build rapport to understand their vehicle needs

Guide clients through a consultative sales process to help them find the right vehicle

Develop and maintain strong client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

Engage in prospecting activities through referrals, networking, and dealership leads

Stay informed about current inventory, market trends, and promotions

Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to achieve dealership goals

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with integrity

What We’re Looking For :

Sales experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right candidate

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

Comfortable communicating via phone, text, and email

Professional appearance and demeanor

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
