Actively participating in clinical case reviews, peer discussions, and continuing education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Building strong rapport and trust with patients through effective communication and empathetic care. Clearly explaining treatment options, procedures, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their dental care decisions. Adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards set forth by relevant dental governing bodies, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with practice protocols and legal requirements. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Active state dental license in good standing. Proven experience in providing general dental care, with proficiency in performing common dental procedures. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and team members. Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Dedication to professional growth and continuous learning.
