Responsibilities : Direct all clinical operations and nursing

services across our skilled nursing facility Establish and maintain

evidence-based care protocols and quality assurance programs Lead a

team of healthcare professionals while fostering a culture of

excellence and continuous improvement Ensure regulatory compliance

with state, federal, and accreditation requirements Develop and

implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and

satisfaction Manage clinical budget and resource allocation

effectively Drive performance improvement through data analysis and

best practice implementation Required Qualifications : Current

California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing 1+ years

of Medicare-based Home Health leadership experience 5+ years

experience as Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Proven track record in clinical operations management and staff

development Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance

requirements Excellence in interpersonal communication and team
