• Call coverage 5 - 7 days per month
• 16 patients per shift
• Hospital setting with surgical procedures
• Robotic surgery and laparoscopic procedures required
• 30 minute call response time required
• On-call coverage includes surgery and scheduled procedures
• Advanced endoscopic and nephrolithotomy procedures
• ESWL and incontinence procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
