Round Table Pizza in Mount Vernon is looking for a shift leader.

If you enjoy helping develop team members and are someone who can assist the GM with a variety of key management responsibilities, we have an excellent job for you. Our family-friendly restaurant is seeking an individual who can take responsibility for ensuring the business meets the expectations of both employees and customers. Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat individuals with a passion for customer care are best suited for this position. We'll train you on the operation. After that, you'll be responsible for running "slow shifts". Your input into many aspects of the business will be vital. This is a full-time position with the possibility for advancement. Depending on your skills, it may take approximately 30 days to complete the training. Need to be 21 or older.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus tips. Tips can be up to $4.00 per hour. With tips, the average hourly wage is around $21.00. 30-35 hours or more will be required, including nights and weekends.

Duties

• This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
• Assist in the training of new team members on dough preparation techniques and safety protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring product quality and addressing concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to preserve freshness and quality.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands.
