A company is looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist, Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution for ecommerce and lead generation accounts, managing at least two direct reports
Oversee campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting for Google Ads and Microsoft / Bing Ads with significant monthly budgets
Collaborate with cross-channel teams to develop full-funnel paid media plans and ensure performance stabilization during peak seasons
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Paid Media experience with advanced expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft / Bing Ads
Proven success managing ecommerce accounts and executing seasonal campaigns
Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K-$500K across multiple clients
Strong technical expertise in GA4, GMC, GTM, and preferably Looker Studio
Experience managing and mentoring team members in an agency environment
