We are seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our surgeon-owned practice. This role involves consulting with patients, performing surgical procedures such as tooth extractions and implant placements, and ensuring a patient-centric approach in collaboration with referral doctors. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and utilizes advanced technology and a supportive staff to enhance patient outcomes.

Surgeon owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE / BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and / or facial regions.
• Utilize a patient centric approach.
• Operate with referral doctor centric mindset.
• Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand / grow it.
• Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
• Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.
