Reports to : Finance Manager

Team Interaction : Works closely with Trust, Billing, Collections, and Operations Accounting teams

Job Summary

The Finance Clerk supports the daily operations of the Finance Department by performing essential accounting and administrative duties. This position is responsible for assisting with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger tasks, as well as preparing and making physical bank deposits. The role also provides general support to the Finance Manager and team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with the firms financial policies and procedures.

This is a stateside, in-office role based at the firms San Antonio location , working closely with both the finance and administrative teams.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Accounts Payable (AP) :

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Verify approvals, match purchase orders, and prepare payments.
• Maintain organized AP files and ensure timely payment of obligations.

Accounts Receivable (AR) :
