Executive General Manager

Casual to Upscale Group

Salary $80-100k

Were seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to oversee multiple locations in New Hope PA. As an Executive General Manager in New Hope PA youll be responsible for driving sales ensuring exceptional customer service and managing day-to-day operations of our esteemed establishments.

Responsibilities :

  • Operational Leadership : Oversee front-of-house (FOH) back-of-house (BOH) and event operations as an Executive General Manager in New Hope PA
  • Multi-Unit Management : Potential oversight of multiple locations in New Hope PA as part of our Executive General Manager team
  • Team Development : Recruit train and manage high-performing teams as an Executive General Manager
  • Financial Management : Drive sales growth manage budgets and optimize profitability
  • Customer Experience : Ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests in New Hope PA

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in FOH BOH and events
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles
  • Excellent communication P&L and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
