Field Superintendent

What we are looking for

SCS Engineers is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our OM&M Field Services division. Our projects help a diversified client base achieve their renewable energy goals by reducing their carbon footprint and creating useful by-products from waste material. SCS builds systems that power universities wastewater treatment plants and dairies; generate renewable natural gas sales; and support electric utilities. You will handle day-to-day site management of the construction of renewable power and gas-processing facilities.

How you can make an impact

• Leading and managing the on-site construction team including subcontractors
• Coordinating and overseeing all work on site
• Attending weekly production and scheduling meetings
• Working with SCS safety personnel ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Following the project schedule to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure contractors are complying with applicable codes standards and permit requirements
• Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals
• Ensure job site remains safe clean and orderly
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports field orders and RFIs

Qualifications

Pay Range

USD $38.00 - USD $48.00 / Hr.
