Marketing Project Manager (Senior Analyst) Contract

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company local to Philadelphia, PA. We are in search of a Senior Analyst, Marketing Project Manager who provides operational and project management support for the Marketing Strategy & Operations team. This role ensures efficient execution of marketing initiatives, maintains operational rhythms, and drives cross-functional alignment across Marketing. You'll partner closely with leadership, analytics, and campaign teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Assignment Dates: November 24, 2025 June 30, 2026

Compensation: $30.00$35 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Manage intake, planning, timelines, resources, and risks for marketing projects and programs.
• Track progress, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other departments.
• Maintain and update the marketing calendar, including annual and quarterly planning cycles.

Operational Support

• Support budget tracking and core operational processes for Marketing Strategy & Operations.
• Assist with preparation for leadership meetings, team offsites, and internal communications.
• Standardize and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and tools for repeatable excellence.

Reporting & Insights

• Support performance reporting cycles (PBR, ERM, scorecards, dashboards).
• Track key metrics and deliver insights that inform leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with analysts to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and operational alignment.

Innovation & Process Improvement

• Champion adoption of AI and other emerging technologies within marketing operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and increase team efficiency.
• Serve as a key operational partner to leadership for implementing new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 35 years in marketing operations, project/program management, or a related function.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities/timelines.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective working independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms is a plus: Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Monday.com, Seismic, Allego.

Tools & Technologies (Preferred Exposure)

• Work management: Monday.com (or similar)
• CRM/Marketing: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud
• Enablement: Seismic, Allego
• Analytics/Reporting: Dashboards, scorecards, ERM/PBR processes
• AI & automation: Interest/experience implementing AI in marketing operations

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
