Action Property Management is seeking a warm, polished, and service-driven Building Engineer to help shape an unforgettable resident experience. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at our luxury high rise association, Lumina, located in San Francisco. Compensation : $30.00- $35.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and / or making repairs to all common areas within the Association
• Oversee all facets of the daily operations of the building, ensuring compliance with HOA policies and regulations as required by code and regulatory enforcement agencies.
• Monitor and maintain optimum performance of all building systems to include mechanical, electrical / electronic, fire life safety, smoke control, security, HVAC, and water circulation system.
• Coordinate and interact with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs, as well as adherence to quality standards.
• Plan and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of building systems.
• Collaborate with General Manager on modifications and improvements to building systems, including control software, to enhance efficiency and functionality.
