Key Responsibilities :

- Present to customers and highlight key benefits and value of clients' offerings
- Provide direct sales support by assisting in upselling and cross-selling services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor customer feedback and improve sales strategies to boost retention and loyalty.
- Help manage the customer experience by ensuring smooth communication between the client and internal teams, resolving issues as they arise.
