Position Details :

  • Start Date : ASAP - June 17, 2026
  • Hours : Full-time (40 hours / week)
  • Grade Levels : K-12 students
  • Compensation : Starting at $52 / hour (based on experience)
  • Location : Lacey, Washington

    • Position Overview : We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to become a crucial part of our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will provide essential speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 settings, helping them enhance their communication abilities and address speech and language challenges.

    Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech and communication capabilities.
  • Develop tailored therapy plans and objectives based on assessment results.
  • Deliver direct therapy services focused on articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication skills in various environments.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and engaging activities in therapy sessions.
  • Track student progress and modify therapy plans as necessary for optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
  • Engage in IEP meetings to contribute insights about students’ speech and language requirements.

    • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Current ESA and ASHA certification required.
  • Genuine passion for working with K-12 students.
  • Experience in school or pediatric therapy settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques in pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology (preferred).
