Join our team at Staffmark for an exciting opportunity as a Sand Blasting Operator in Dayton, OH. If you previous machine operator experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour ($1 pay increase once hired)

1st Shift : 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions :

As a Sand Blasting Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by utilizing sandblasting equipment to roughen up specific parts of medical components. This process ensures optimal adhesion for subsequent spray applications, contributing to the overall quality and functionality of the final product.

Responsibilities :

• Operate sandblasting equipment according to established procedures
• Ensure thorough and uniform roughening of designated parts
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed
• Frequently lift items weighing up to 30 pounds
