NYC Health + Hospitals / Coler, an affiliate of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, is seeking a Board Certified / fellowship trained Palliative care physician to provide outstanding care and ensure exceptional patient outcomes and comprehensive service delivery.

The ideal candidate will :
- Work with a dedicated team of attending providers, Nurse Practitioners, social workers, and ancillary staff to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
- Manage pain and other symptoms, including nausea, fatigue, shortness of breath, and anxiety, for patients with serious illnesses.
- Facilitate conversations with patients and families to understand their goals, preferences, and advance care planning.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including the Skilled Nursing Facility to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Provide consultation services to other healthcare providers for complex cases requiring palliative expertise.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the course of illness and at the end of life.
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical innovation initiatives to enhance palliative care delivery.

Active NYS Medical Licensure
Board Certified in Palliative Care
