As Senior CFO & Advisory Solutions Associate, you will lead and deliver strategic financial guidance to a portfolio of nonprofit clients. In this client-facing role, you'll support CFO-level services including advanced forecasting, financial modeling, and board reporting. You will be a key advisor, helping clients interpret financial data, manage performance, and plan for long-term sustainability. This position is ideal for an experienced financial professional who combines strong technical skills with excellent communication and a passion for mission-driven work.

Responsibilities of the Senior CFO & Advisory Solutions Associate :

• Serve as a strategic financial advisor to nonprofit clients, supporting executive teams and boards
• Develop and maintain multi-year financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses
• Lead the preparation and presentation of board reporting packages and management dashboards
• Perform high-level financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
• Guide clients through budgeting processes, including annual budgets and mid-year reforecasts
• Support clients during audits, compliance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
• Drive improvements in financial reporting tools and advisory service delivery

Qualifications Senior CFO & Advisory Solutions Associate :

The salaried pay range for this position is $90,000 - 114,400, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer an attractive benefits package and support opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
