[job_card.job_description]Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products Implement and maintain CGMP and HACCP-compliant quality management systems Perform internal quality audits to ensure adherence to established procedures Analyze inspection and audit data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to address quality issues and improve processes Ensure full compliance with FDA regulations related to product safety and efficacy Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, audits, and corrective actions Participate in ongoing training related to QA practices and regulatory requirements Create learning plans and train employees on QA best practices. FDA or USDA experience required Experience conducting quality audits and inspections, including vision inspection systems Familiarity with SafetyChain software a plus Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate data Proficiency using precision measuring instruments Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards $20-$23 Hourly Medical Benefits Holidays Training & Growth

Our client is seeking a highly detailed and knowledgeable QA Tech / Trainer to support their Quality Assurance operations. This position is essential in ensuring all products meet strict quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in quality management systems, FDA / USDA experience, and hands-on inspection methodologies.

The base pay range for this position is $20-$23 hourly, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
