Over 5 years of experience in preparing technical engineering analyses and designs for Water Resource projects. Extensive experience serving as a Project Engineer on Water Resources projects. Formal training or certification in Project Management. Familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area agencies and relevant State and Federal regulatory bodies. Active participation in professional organizations related to the industry.

- Leading a design team advancing water resources flood control and drainage projects, such as large storm drainage pipelines, culverts, open channels, large trash-capture devices, flood walls, levees, hydraulic structures, appurtenant roadways, etc..
- Field review of project sites to develop designs for new or rehabilitated facilities.
- Preparing and overseeing technical analyses and engineering designs.
- Coordinating with Project owners, resource and permitting agencies, and outside consultants.
- Performing AutoCAD Drafting and GIS Exhibit Development
- Construction coordination / inspection / management / documents review
