We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment. This position provides an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to enter the world of production and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with set preparation and breakdown for production shoots.
  • Support the production team with equipment setup and maintenance.
  • Help coordinate schedules and communicate with crew members and talent.
  • Manage inventory of production supplies and materials, ensuring everything is organized and available when needed.
  • Document and log details of production activities and meetings for record-keeping.
  • Shadow experienced production staff to learn about different roles and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience in production is a plus.
  • Strong interest in the production industry and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
