Care Advantage Inc. is looking to hire full- or part-time LPNs to provide in-home care services to our clients in the Cedar Bluff, VA area. We are a client-driven company with a mission to lift up every community we serve, enable aging adults to live life to the fullest, and empower our Care Family in their purpose-driven work. If you are purpose-driven and are currently an LPN, we want to talk with you!
Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to) :
- Preparing clinical documentation
- Completing home visits
- Reporting changes in patient status
- Following patient's plan of treatment
