The Opportunity: As a Certified Sales Arborist with RTEC, you'll embark on a journey that merges your sales skills with a deep appreciation for nature. You will:

• Engage with clients to evaluate their arboricultural needs, providing expert advice on sustainable tree care.
• Develop detailed proposals that outline best practices in tree health and safety.
• Drive the sales process and foster long-term client relationships.

Who You Are:

• ISA Certified Arborist (preferred, however, we will invest in you obtaining the certification!)
• 1-2 years of experience in arboriculture or a related field (a plus!)
• Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate technical information clearly
• Sales experience: Proven track record in relational sales
• Results-driven, competitive individual
• Team player that collaborates and promotes a positive and inclusive culture
• Proficient in technology
