Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time

Shifts: Days

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 5:30PM ( 30 minute meal break)

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

• Familiarity with quality measures and commitment to high standards of care.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Patient Ratio: 18 patients per day

Age of the patients -18 -99 years
