Job Description & Requirements Certified Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (CRT - NICU) StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 12 N Pay Rate : $1253.34 - $1373.34 RRT / CRT - NICU / PICU needed asap for 13 weeks At least 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule, does not have to be every other Sat / Sun Type of equipment - Servo U ventilator with NAVA, Avea Ventilator, V60 noninvasive, Vapotherm, Blender HFNC, Vest CPT, Redbox IPV, MetaNeb, Cough Assist, Percussor CPT EMR - Meditech Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 6 months - 1 year PICU or Level 3 / Level 4 NICU experience REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : CRT or RRT, Texas RCP license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Nebulizer therapy, airway clearance, BiPAP, ventilator, HFNC, bronch assist, ABG Best personality Fit : Team player, able to work with others, flexible Floating Area(s) : Voluntary to float to adults Scrub Color / Attire - olive / sage scrub top, black scrub bottom, will accept all black (olive / sage hard to find at times) Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Required Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU, Level III Experience : 2 years Licenses : RT-TX Certifications : NRP-AHA(Copy needed); RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Registered Respiratory Therapist, PICU Experience : 2 years Certifications : PALS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Certified Respiratory Therapist, NICU Experience : 1 year AND Certified Respiratory Therapist, PICU Experience : 1 year SSN Required DOB Required Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year 6 months - 1 year PICU or Level 3 / Level 4 NICU experience Facility Location Every day is a fiesta in San Antonio.
