Role : Desktop Engineer
- Deskside Support
- Install / reinstall Of Customer standardized Image in case of OS issue / new install request.
- IMAC (install, Move, Add, Change) for End user devices
- EUC Peripheral Support
- Resolve issues related to but not limited to laptop / desktop, EUC application support (Microsoft office and other).
- Remote support of Desktop services for small site.
- Coordination with Vendors and Webster internal teams
- Health-check for EUC devise for security patches using SCCM console to ensure all patches are pushed and compliant.
- Service Improvements Procedures
- Hands and feet Support to Network and Windows team
- Cabling and touch services for End user equipment.
- Support for periodic events – annual and interim meetings, board meetings etc.
- Basic support for Tablet / Mobile device Webster application issue
- Reporting
- Support for periodic events – annual and interim meetings, board meetings etc.
