We are seeking a Principal Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into strategic assets that inform business decisions and drive growth u sing a modern data stack that includes TableauSnowflake GitHuband dbt . This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deliver robust data models insightful dashboards and in-depth analyses that illustrate business performance and opportunities.

A core responsibility of this role is the ability to distill complex multi-dimensional datasets into clear user-friendly visualizations that tell a compelling story. Your visualizations will cut through data complexity to highlight what matters most enabling faster more confident decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen excels at translating technical concepts into business language and thrives in collaborative fast-paced environments where clarity and precision are paramount.

What Youll Do :

• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to gather requirements translate business questions into analytical projects and communicate findings through clear concise visualizations and executive-ready presentations
• Translate technical data complexity into business clarity creating visualizations that distill intricate information into straightforward digestible formats that non-technical stakeholders can immediately understand and act upon
• Develop construct and support last-mile SQL transformations indbt
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes streamline workflows implement BI best practices and enhance the overall impact and efficiency of the analytics function
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across all dashboards and reports
• Coach mentor and upskill junior team members by providing guidance sharing best practices and fostering continuous professional development within the analytics team
• Support the development of self-service analytics capabilities empowering business users to explore data independently

What Youll Bring :

The base salary range for this position is $128000$192000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications experience and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
