Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Day Shift
Job Description
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will ensure continuity of care by providing direct patient care, administering medications, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for residents.
- Providing direct patient care and passing medications.
- Supervising CNAs and support staff to ensure quality care.
- Maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
- Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and external representatives.

This is a day shift position, scheduled from Sunday to Tuesday.
