This position is a temp to hire position

Integrity Trade Services is  IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Logistics Coordinator  at our client that is a worldwide distributor of Electrical products and is located in  Buffalo Grove, IL.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Duty 1 TASKS
• Investigate errors and identify additional training to prevent errors
• Communicate with all departments and leadership on errors
• Monitoring and evaluating processes and how to make them more efficient
• Aids management team with issues that arise within department.
• Develop a system to track errors and holding teams accountable on making improvements
• Implementing changes to SOPs to make processes more efficient
• Provide feedback on where errors are happening and potential causes

Duty 2 : Training and Process development including Driver compliance Tasks :

Position Requirements :

Safety Toe footwear required

Must have reliable transportation and attendance to meet employer's attendance standards for 24 / 7 production facility.

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.  The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.  An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.  Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

Eligibility :   Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.  Entry dates into the 401(k) are :   1 / 1 or 7 / 1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.  As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution / match maximum is 4%)
