Key Responsibilities
Negotiate fee waivers and resolve billing discrepancies with utility vendors through phone, email, and fax
Retrieve and manage missing invoice data from utility providers while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of phone-based or data entry experience
Ability to work independently with access to team support
Willingness to attend one in-office day per month
Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
