Position Summary: As a Food Delivery Associate, you will work shifts during the day and/or night, using your vehicle to deliver delicious food orders to various residential and commercial locations. Job Qualifications: Education: Preferred applicants should be enrolled in high school or a certified G.E.D. program, or possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Experience: At least six months of relevant work experience is preferred for candidates not currently attending high school, college, or technical/vocational school.
Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a valid State Driver's License, have reliable access to your own vehicle, and show a clean driving history for the past three years. This includes no DWI convictions, no more than two speeding violations, and either no at-fault accidents or one minor at-fault accident. Proof of insurance coverage compliant with state regulations must also be provided.
Skills: Potential candidates should excel in memorizing menu abbreviations and prices, be able to communicate effectively in English, and possess basic math skills for handling payments. Familiarity with cash registers and credit transactions is a plus.
Health: Applicants who are aware of any communicable diseases that could pose a public risk through food handling will not be considered eligible. Compliance with local health regulations and company dress code is expected.

Major Job Responsibilities: - Pick up food orders promptly from the establishment.
- Transport food to the specified addresses.
- Deliver orders to customers with exceptional service.
- Assist with catering set-up or food arrangement as required.
- Handle customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Return to the establishment for additional orders as needed.
- Address customer questions or issues at the delivery site.
- Re-deliver any missing items or correct mistakes.
- Count and balance cash, checks, and credit transactions.
Secondary Job Responsibilities: - Perform cleaning duties using appropriate chemicals and techniques.
- Organize and restock products in all areas.
- Assist customers in the dining area as needed, including providing refills and restocking.
Performance Evaluation: New employees will be evaluated by the General Manager and Assistant Managers within the first ninety days of employment. After this period, ongoing evaluations will take place, with consideration for salary increases based on performance.
