Role Description This is a full-time role for a Mental Health Therapist at MindWell Urgent Care, located in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy and counseling services to patients, conducting assessments and evaluations, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. The role will also involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health services and support to patients. Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LPC, LCSW) Doctorate of Psychology (Phd/Psy D) Experience in providing therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for a wide range of mental health conditions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care
