During your 4-day on-call shifts, you'll take a company tow truck home so you're ready to respond when needed. Because our trucks are part of a shared fleet, you'll return it to the shop at the end of your rotation for the next driver's shift. For that reason, reliable transportation to and from the shop is required.

DIVE INTO YOUR DAY

This is a full-time towing position based in Louisville, KY, with coverage extending to surrounding areas. Shifts will typically fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with weekend and holiday availability sometimes required to meet the needs of our customers.

As our Tow Truck Driver, you'll start your day by reporting to our central hub in Louisville before heading out into the community to assist motorists in need. Whether you're responding to a breakdown on the side of the highway or arriving at the scene of an accident, you'll assess the vehicle's condition, make minor roadside repairs if possible, and safely transport the vehicle to a designated service center or lot. Every day brings new challenges, new locations, and new opportunities to be the calm in someone's storm.

DO YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS?

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience hauling and/or driving box trucks
• Customer-facing experience
• Highly punctual and dependable-you understand that being on time is non-negotiable
• Fluent in English
• Must live in Louisville, KY Area
