About The Team

The Marketplace Engineering team is at the forefront of developing core platforms and services that empower Walmart to offer an extensive selection at competitive prices, along with a top-notch post-order experience. We enable third-party sellers to list, sell, and manage their products on walmart.com effectively. Our team manages the entire seller lifecycle, monitors customer experiences, and delivers valuable insights to help sellers optimize their assortment, pricing, and inventory. We also actively collaborate with partner platform teams to consistently enhance the experience for both our sellers and customers.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing extensive software development programs. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineering teams, product managers, designers, and business leaders to ensure successful program completion. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles, playing a significant part in architectural decision-making processes. You will leverage your influential skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Walmart, ensuring clear alignment on roles, responsibilities, and project timelines. Key responsibilities include :

• Defining goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and key deliverables for large-scale programs that involve coordination across multiple areas, timelines, and resource constraints.
• Prioritizing efficient resource utilization and delivery, simplifying and clarifying priorities.
• Creating actionable plans with appropriate milestones for advanced planning and executive buy-in.
• Establishing resource capacity allocation processes and tools to enhance planning effectiveness.
• Applying your problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and obstacles that may arise.

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00-$165,000.00.
