About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who thrives in one of the most challenging business environments : legacy supply chains, enterprise customers, startup speed, and fast-changing real-world operations.
Engineers at our direct client are builder-owners who transform ambiguous, messy problems into scalable, automated systems that reshape how freight moves across the country. In this role, you’ll work across the stack to design, build, and operate mission-critical services—embedding AI agents, scaling high-volume systems, and removing inefficiencies through automation.
If you want to build world-class systems at the intersection of AI and logistics , this is the job.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and operate services and UIs used daily by shippers, carriers, and drivers.
Embed AI / LLM capabilities (Vertex AI, open-source models, agentic tools) to automate decision-making and accelerate development.
Stabilize backend services and scale high-volume systems.
Own problems end-to-end across the product lifecycle.
Technical Stack
Backend : Golang, Python, Postgres, Redis
Frontend : TypeScript, Angular (v13+), Vue 3 / SvelteKit
Infrastructure : GCP
What Sets You Up for Success
Must-Haves
3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale.
Strong background in component-driven front-end development (Angular, Vue, React, or Svelte) and modern UX patterns.
Fluency in SQL schema design and data modeling for transactional and analytical workloads.
Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs / AI agents to solve engineering problems and boost velocity.
Strong product thinking and the ability to align engineering decisions to business value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of complex problems.
Experience stabilizing and scaling large, complex codebases.
How the Team Works
Autonomy with accountability : Small, mission-focused squads own features from concept through customer value.
AI-accelerated development : Tools like Copilot, Cursor, and internal agentic systems are standard parts of the workflow.
Continuous delivery mindset : Teams ship daily, often multiple times a day; dark launches, hotfixes, and rollbacks are normal.
