Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an Outpatient Early Childhood Intervention program in Fargo, North Dakota . This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate SLP who is passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full communication potential.
Job Description :
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in infants and young children
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care
Educate and support parents and caregivers with strategies to promote communication development at home
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal standards
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and early intervention program planning
Education and Certification Requirements :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current and active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Current CPR / BLS certification
Experience working with pediatric or early childhood populations preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
