Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Pay : $20.00 / hour + DOE
Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to Dawayne. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple changing tasks throughout the day, and enjoys being a key support person across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct administrative support to Dawayne
- Manage scheduling and calendars
- Make and follow up on phone calls
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Assist payroll and marketing teams with minor tasks as needed
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain organization of documents and office materials
