Patient Service Representative

As a Patient Service Representative at Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy , you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Pay : $20-23 / hr based on experience & skill set

Schedule : Full time 40hrs / per week clinic is open M-F 8am-6pm

Location :   1333 Willow Pass Rd Concord, CA 94520

Essential Job Functions :

Patient Interaction :

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation accurately.
• Helping to create a positive work environment and culture of the clinic ensuring that patients needs are taking care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.
