Expected salary range of $61,348 to $74,981 , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and completing electronic / mechanical repairs of specified HVAC equipment and water heaters. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all local and national codes.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Perform and train others in preventative maintenance on all residential heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Assist in sealed system HVAC, water heaters, or advanced appliance repair as part of training and development.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and recommendations.
• Complete all required documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage.
• Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situations
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Adherent to all safety protocols and company policies.
