Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Operating Partner and Assistant General Manager with daily operations
Lead and train team members to maintain service and cleanliness standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels
Support scheduling and payroll coordination
Address guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
Uphold health, safety, and company policies
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment
Support team development and reinforce Rocky's expectations for quality and service
