As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will:
- Sell, market, and service a wide range of Allstate insurance products including auto, home, renters, and financial services.
- Build relationships with existing clients and generate new business through leads, referrals, and personal outreach.
- Educate clients on their coverage options and tailor policies to fit their unique needs.
- Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities- Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency sales objectives.
- Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of underwriting, compliance, and rating guidelines.
- Build lasting client relationships to ensure retention and policy renewals.
- Consistently prospect and generate new leads through warm calls, networking, and referrals.
- Present and explain insurance policies based on client goals and needs.
Requirements- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
- Proven track record in sales with goal-oriented performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and high motivation.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, follow up, and work independently.
- Comfortable handling customer rejection and overcoming objections.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly beneficial.
- Prior insurance sales experience is a plus but not required if licensed and coachable.
