A "BATMAN" is responsible for getting the job done and doing it RIGHT the first time! A "BATMAN" can be trusted to be left alone; they don't need constant supervision or to be told everything to be done. They see something that needs to be done and they GET. IT. DONE.

A "BATMAN" has all of the cool tools for the job (like Air Conditioned Trucks) and a strong support group. They may even take a ROBIN under their wing to teach them how to be a "BATMAN". ROBINS can't be left alone like a "BATMAN", but with training from the best, ROBINS become a "BATMAN".

Working in a team of BATMEN and BATWOMEN is exhilarating because each person's role is vital in accomplishing our mission to make our clients happy by eliminating weeds, protecting against harmful insects, beautifying yards, and educating clients about proper lawn care practices.

Our clients value their yard. They expect results after our treatments, such as seeing the weeds die and the lawn turning so lush and green they want to take their shoes off and wiggle their toes in it. They look forward to our visits so they can ask us questions and get help with their yard. They expect much more than just someone who can apply lawn care products. They trust us to do it right and we back up our work to their satisfaction. They trust that we will leave their property as good as, or better than when we arrived. When they tell their lawn technician their concerns, they expect us to take note so that we can repeat that procedure with exactness on every service we perform.

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL "BATMAN", one must pay attention to details. They make sure they arrive at the correct address. If they see one weed in the back corner of the lawn, they make sure they treat it. When a client gives them specific instructions, they make specific notes on their paperwork so we repeat their wishes for every service. When "BATMAN" needs to leave our clients a note, they speak with them and leave legible notes for them to read. "BATMAN" makes sure the gates are closed when they are finished.

A "BATMAN" is required to have a clean driving record and when they drive our Bat Mobiles (trucks), they drive courteously and obey traffic laws because our phone number is on the vehicle. All potential "BATMAN" hires complete a drug test, background check, and DOT physical. The job requires being able to lift 50 lbs. and walk at a consistent speed throughout the day. Sometimes the weather turns bad, however "BATMAN" continues to work keeping the vehicle clean and visiting with clients. A "BATMAN" cleans their uniforms and wears the required Personal Protective Equipment that is provided by MOORE GREEN.

JOKERS have difficulty trying to impersonate a "BATMAN". JOKERS cut corners so they can get finished more quickly, however our clients can easily spot an impersonator, and they call us to comeback to fix the mistakes. We can't pay a "BATMAN" wage when JOKERS spend their time doing free service-calls. JOKERS make excuses for not getting the job done right or when they don't make it to work on-time. JOKERS work for money; a "BATMAN" works to satisfy the clients. JOKERS don't last long at MOORE GREEN so we don't bother considering them.
