Summary / Objective : The IT Coordinator supports Disability Rights Louisiana’s technology operations by maintaining core systems, assisting staff with day-to-day technical needs, ensuring data accuracy within DRLA’s case management database, and coordinating directly with DRLA’s third-party IT provider. This role provides hands-on support for staff across DRLA offices, as well as remote and field-based employees, ensuring systems run effectively to support DRLA’s statewide advocacy mission. The IT Coordinator is not responsible for developing IT policy or managing cybersecurity strategy but plays a key role in implementing established protocols, supporting secure technology use, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
