International Evaluation Consultant

A company is looking for an International Evaluation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Assess the design, implementation, and results of the project at various levels

Evaluate the project's value for money and its influence on government understanding of urban recovery

Identify lessons learned and provide recommendations for future programming

Required Qualifications and Experience

A master's degree in international development, project management, or related fields

10 years of evaluation experience, particularly in conflict contexts

A minimum of 7 years in results-based management and policy development

International experience in project evaluation for various organizations

Knowledge of urban recovery and governance, with familiarity in the EECCA region being an asset
