Creativity : Strong creative skills with keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and composition. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team Player : A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team. Experience with Animation : Knowledge of animation tools and techniques is a plus. Brand Development : Experiences in developing and evolving brand guidelines
JOB DESCRIPTION

We currently have strong UX Designers, we're looking for someone to help take our Designs to the next level.
As a Sr. Visual Designer you will craft engaging on-brand experiences for our mobile app, sales app and website. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling and impactful visual content.
As a Sr. Visual Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to deliver visually stunning and effective designs that elevate our brand and engage our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Development : Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of mediums, including websites, and mobile applications.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistent visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborative Projects : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and UX / UI designers, to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- User Experience : Collaborate with Product Designers (UX / UI) to ensure that visual design enhances user experience and functionality.
- Innovation : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest new ideas and improvements to keep our designs fresh and innovative.
- Feedback Incorporation : Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Asset Management : Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access and use by the team.
