We are one of the most well respected commercial construction company in Northern Virginia, known for our commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. This is a reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

We have completed a wide range of commercial buildings, including office buildings, medical facilities, retail spaces, and government buildings. We already have a backlog for the next 6yrs.

Our company is well known for comprehensive safety program that includes regular training, safety inspections, and the use of advanced safety equipment, being members of the U.S. Green Building Council and have completed numerous LEED-certified projects.

Because of our growth, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager who, with at least 5yrs of recent experience within a ground up commercial construction environment & is wanting to grow within our company.

Position Summary : The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project management, from inception to completion. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Coordination :

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
