Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and technology organization, is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple software development initiatives across dynamic product and engineering teams. This hybrid role focuses on leading Agile teams, managing complex technical projects, and ensuring on-time, in-scope, and in-budget delivery of products used across the studio.

CSP, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification.Experience managing multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.Familiarity with Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, capacity planning, epic progress, and milestone tracking.Background supporting platform or application development for large internal or external user groups.Experience coaching teams on Agile practices, efficiency, and delivery performance.Responsibilities of the right candidate :
Lead multiple project teams to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.Manage day-to-day operational aspects of each project including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, and execution.Serve as scrum master across one or more Agile teams—facilitating standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.Maintain comprehensive project reporting including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.Identify and communicate resource constraints or priority conflicts and support leadership in reprioritization decisions.Conduct portfolio reviews to provide executive leadership with progress updates, risk assessments, and resource utilization insights.Apply analytical thinking to identify team inefficiencies, delivery risks, or operational gaps and implement improvements.Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to maintain clear understanding of requirements, scope, and timelines.Facilitate effective communication and alignment across technical leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Escalate issues, blockers, or risks in a timely and actionable manner.Experience of the right candidate :
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager using Agile / Scrum with a demonstrated understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Bachelor’s degree required; a technical degree is a plus.Prior experience working in Media, Entertainment, or Technology industries preferred.CSM certification is a must.PMP certification is a plus .Proficiency with Agile and project tools including Jira, Smartsheets, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Suite, Miro, and Airtable.
