Our Talent Management team is looking for a Sr.

Talent Coordinator that can help level up the company’s growing talent management business.

You will support the day-to-day needs of our dynamic group of creators, and provide administrative assistance for all sponsorship campaigns.

On any given day you might… Be the point of contact for a variety of campaigns with different brands and talent to ensure smooth execution by proactively procuring campaign assets, providing regular updates on campaign progress, and addressing inquiries and concerns.  Organize and maintain internal tools and databases to ensure all details are accurate and up to date.  Assist the Talent Management team in identifying, researching, and onboarding prospective creators we should work with.

Ideally, you have...

Passion for video games, live streaming, and gaming influencers.

A Deep understanding of Discord, Twitch, Tiktok, Youtube, Twitter, Google Workspace and various project management tools (such as Sales Force and ClickUp).

Experience working in a very fast paced, ever changing, high volume business .

Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

An ability to quickly build relationships with dynamic individuals from various backgrounds.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

The ability to work weekends and odd hours.
