WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Health Olympia Fields is seeking a Board Certified Academic Urologist to work in our Urology practice located in our hospital ministry Franciscan Health Olympia Fields in Olympia Fields, IL. This physician will mentor medical students and residents. Physician will join our existing busy, established practice.

WHAT WE NEED :

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

• Ambulatory Clinic Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.
• Three days in clinic and two days per week in surgery with dedicated OR time
• Many procedures performed in clinic including Cystoscopes, ultrasound, prostate biopsies, BCG, etc. excluding vasectomies
• Average outpatient clinic volumes : 15 - 25 per day
• Call 1 : 2 with residents taking first call
• Inpatient rounding as needed
• Minimum two years teaching and leadership experience
