Logistic Developer Needed in Allen, Texas! Salary 80k-95k depending on experience!

This role is 100% onsite!

Through investigation, analysis and change implementation, develop warehouse and logistics

processes and systems across all operational functions of a Distribution Center

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive improvement independently and be an innovator of new ways of working

Drive the development of processes and ensure an efficient flow of operational functions, always keeping

in mind the need for a safe working environment

nderstanding and focus on customer needs

Development of new processes to enable efficiency & effectiveness

Design & implementation of operational layouts to improve internal processes

Project Leader for new initiatives related to the distribution center including the evaluation of new

investments, pre-studies, implementation and commissioning

Train employees at the distribution center in new processes and routines

Work in close collaboration across all departments, ensuring adequate communication within each

function of the Distribution Center

Benchmark and provide appropriate tools to measure business performance

Work with continuous improvement initiatives

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge :

Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred

PC literate in Windows and Microsoft Office
