We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team in an Industrial Administrative Support position.  In this role, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by supporting dispatch, inventory, data entry, customer accounts, and a bit of marketing. If you enjoy keeping things organized and working across departments, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Do :

• Dispatch Coordination :

Enter new jobs into the dispatch system and support ongoing scheduling needs.

Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of company assets (bins, containers, equipment).

Use the company’s operating system to support daily operations, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Export system data for buyer settlement processes.

Plan and support marketing events for buyers and community engagement activities.
